About Us
Motorcycle Safety Solutions is an emerging technology company building hardware-enabled SaaS solutions that improve safety for motorbike riders, mobility and operational performance across the region. As we continue to scale in Malaysia and broader ASEAN markets, we’re looking for a Client Relationship & Account Manager who can strengthen customer trust, support deployments, and grow with us.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who has foundational client service or account management experience and wants to expand into a broader, higher-impact role within a growing tech company. You’ll work hands-on with clients in both the public (government and university) and private sectors (corporations), support hardware/software deployments, and help shape our client success and account management frameworks.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Malaysian client accounts across B2B, B2B2C, and B2G segments.
- Build strong long-term relationships with stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Understand client needs and translate them into actionable plans for internal product, engineering, and operations teams.
- Support hardware deployment coordination, training, and troubleshooting in collaboration with technical teams.
- Track account performance, analyze usage data, and identify opportunities for upsell, expansion, or service improvements.
- Develop clear client documentation, onboarding materials, and communication processes.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for key accounts and leadership.
- Assist with RFP responses, proposals, and client workshops as needed.
- Flag risks, challenges, and operational blockers early and work cross-functionally to resolve them.
- Attend conferences and trade show events and work/manage our booth.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in client success, account management, project coordination, or a related role—preferably within tech, hardware, SaaS, mobility, or IoT environments.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and strong proficiency in English (written and verbal). Other regional language skills (Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese) is a plus, but not a requisite.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfort working with technology products—understanding the basics of HW/SaaS, device deployments, and cloud-based platforms.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple clients and moving parts.
- Curious, resourceful, and comfortable working in an early-stage, high-growth setting.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with government agencies, fleet operators, insurance partners, or mobility-related clients is a plus.
